Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gifts cards to be used on our website. The gift cards can be found under the MORE link in the header above. they come in various denominations for your convenience. They are good for one year from time of purchase. They are not re-loadable and are one time use.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is sale items non- returnable unless damaged defected upon delivery and must include picture of item in box when opened of damaged item. A picture is taken when all items are packaged for delivery and sent in email when notifying customer that items are ready for shipping. This also applies to non-sale items. Final sale or discontinued products and all mask items are non returnable and non-refundable. All items must be post marked for return and or refund within 7 days of delivery in its original package and we will notify you of receipt of the returned items for consideration. If item can not be replaced a refund will be issued upon approval within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Any questions or concerns please contact us immediately. What are the payment options?
We accept most major credit cards, Visa, Master card, Discovery, American Express, debit cards and some prepaid cards. Our service line for CPR/AED & First Aid certification classes we except same payments and deposits based on instructions in that area of registration. the deposit is non refundable should you cancel due to supply ordering and restocking fees.
Do we hand deliver locally (Baltimore, MD)
Yes, we deliver locally within 1-3 days after order is placed as long as the location is less than 25 miles from BWI Airport (Baltimore Washington International airport) or 25 miles from the Baltimore M&T Ravens Stadium. There is a fee and you will find that fee in check out for shipping methods.
